Revealed: Italian Secret To Youthful Joints, Skin And Hair
Madeleine Jones in London 27 MINUTES AGO
How do Italians live past 100, while Brits are in nursing homes by 75?
Last August, myself and fellow British researchers flew 1,500 miles to Sardinia, where people are ten times more likely to live to 100.
It wasn't just science that drew me there.
As a 64-year-old doctor, I was terrified for my future.
Every morning as I got up, my joints creaked. My kids kept insisting they do my groceries, or that I ‘take it easy’.
And at night, I'd wake from nightmares of being trapped in a nursing home.
If there was a way to escape this grim fate, I needed to know.
We arrived in Sardinia on August 19 – and honestly, it was like another world.
On the golden coastline, I saw a white-haired man swim with amazing vigour in the Tyrrhenian sea.
“Sir, how old are you?” I called out to him. He called back: “87!”
And this was far from the most surprising thing.
Inland, the cold, damp nursing homes from my nightmares were nowhere to be seen.
Instead, lively 100-year-olds sipped wine with no concern for their health.
They were the life of every party. Dancing with energy, laughing, pouring coffee with the steadiest hands.
A far cry from the bedbound 80-year-olds back home.
The question was – how?
We tested everything in Sardinia. The soil. The food. The air. Their blood.
And one factor kept appearing.
It wasn’t genetics. Lifestyle. Or even the hot Mediterranean sun.
It was an ‘olive oil habit’ they practised every day.
In fact, when we showed our results to Dr. Sarah Brewer, a medical nutritionist trained at the University of Cambridge, she explained:
“When used correctly, olive oil floods your body with compounds that slow ageing by up to a decade. Protecting your brain, your joints, your hair – everything…
“But only if you use it in a very specific way.”
Back in Britain, I decided to test this olive oil habit for myself. And within weeks, I noticed some remarkable changes:
- My joints felt smooth and cool, letting me go on longer walks with my husband
- My kids stopped fussing over me – my youngest asked: “Where did you get all this energy?”
- My eating habits improved, with less junk cravings
- And my hair and skin gained this beautiful shine
But when we spoke about this at conferences and webinars, no one was interested. You see, rather than fancy, expensive treatments...
This olive oil method is so simple, anyone can do it.
So you can imagine profit-minded industry-leaders weren’t a fan.
But now, Dr. Sarah Brewer has released a short, free video breaking it down step by step for the general public.
Marjorie1966 commented: "Why isn't this the first piece of advice at every GP visit?! I feel 30 again. Thank you Dr Sarah.”
Now, I’m not sure how long this information will stay online. So if you want to age like a Sardinian, click the link below as soon as you can.
